Annual event to raise funds and awareness surrounding veteran issues. Salute the Troops, the veteran-centered organization who strives to provide valuable resources to veterans and their families throughout the eastern corridor of Wisconsin, will host the 8th annual Veteran’s Gala on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at South Hills Golf & Country Club. The focus of this year’s event is on the holistic approach to veteran’s well-being with special guest speaker Brennan Wegener, founder of A Journey to the Light Ministries. All monies raised through this event, whether through sponsorship, individual tickets, or direct donations, is used to support local service members, veterans, and their families through financial assistance, resource brokering, and supportive programming. Our mission is to support local service members, veterans, and their families through advocacy, education, training, financial assistance, and supportive programming to promote awareness, and fostering camaraderie that stimulates economic development in the community.
