Tuesday Night Yin Yoga with Liat Yoga in Del Ray is a small yoga studio, located in the Del Ray Psych & Wellness building at 1900 Mt. Vernon Ave. We believe in whole body, mind, and spirit wellness, so proof of vaccination is required to attend. (Please bring a photo of your vaccine card to your first class). Only ten spaces are available in each session, so please register in advance. All levels and abilities are welcome!
