Description

A distance walk/run of 4km with active recovery yoga to follow. Legacy Ambassador Dani Dellarco will leads us through a 4k walk/run through our community, and Ambassador Lizzy Chiappy will be leading an Active Recovery Flow to help wind down our muscles after. All levels welcome! We encourage you to bring Mats/towels and water, though there may be extras provided. See you there Miami!
