Premier Construction Management Services, LLC has been building residential homes in Southeast Virginia for almost 15 years. We are looking for a reliable and competent professional to perform tasks during final punch out and warranty work. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. The ideal candidate should be a reliable, hard-working, efficient, and competent professional, with a minimum of (2) years of experience. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must have dependable transportation/vehicle, a driver's license with a clean record and a cell phone. 2. Must possess a strong knowledge of residential construction trades 3. Must possess the ability to skillfully perform (with your own tools) basic carpentry, trim finish/repair, caulking, paint touch-ups, door adjustments, bath accessory installation, drywall repair, and other small projects as assigned.
