Cycle + Yoga // 30 min cycling with CycleBar & 20 min yoga with DRIFT Join us OCTOBER 9TH 10 a.m. & 11 a.m. for Rooftop Ride + Restore - PART TWO! This special collaboration with CycleBar is back by popular demand Choose your class time (10am or 11am) and move your body while looking out over the Seattle skyline on the rooftop of the Sitka Apartments. Start with a 30-minute interval packed rhythm-based cycling class with the CycleBar South Lake Union team. Then, jump off your bike and onto your mat for 20 minutes to flow, stretch, and connect to your breath with DRIFT Yoga. - Cycling shoes will be provided. Yoga mats will NOT be provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT! - Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class so we can help you get set up on your bike! Check-in is at DRIFT Yoga front desk.
