Handyman / Maintenance - Job Description Central Harlem Management Company Seeks Capable, Energetic, Detailed Oriented Handyman / Maintenance Full Time / On the Books - Covid-19 Vaccination is required Job Duties and Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience Inspect and clean interior hallways, stairs, lobby, mechanical closet, basement, boiler room Work with team on unit turnovers assemble beds and dressers Make repairs as necessary sheetrock, plaster, taping & compound Install and replace commercial vinyl and ceramic tiles Replace mortise cylinders & locks, reseat doors, install door sweeps Lite electrical work - change switches, lightbulbs and small fixtures, circuit breakers GCFI outlets Lite plumbing replace sink traps, faucets, snake toilets & sinks, wax seal & reseat toilets Wax and strip floors using waxing machine and buffer Winterization preparation & snow removal in winter months Communication, time management skills & teamwork a must Complete work tickets and report to supervisors Skills of a building Super required Remove trash and recyclables from trash rooms. Remove trash from lobby, sweep & mop hallways and in front of the building. Clean bathrooms toilets, showers and baths Please submit resume outlining experience to [email protected]
