Join the number-one junk and debris Removal Company for the NYC metropolitan area. We are seeking a lead driver for immediate employment. Must have a drivers license to apply. ***NO experience is needed. We provide training to reach your maximum potential*** We are looking for a high-energy, reliable, and productive potential member to join our team. You'll be performing daily operations for junk removal services within the NYC area including all 5 boroughs, Nassau County, Long Island and Westchester. You will safely operate our easily driven junk removal vehicles. In addition, you will assist the General Manager in sales, marketing and development of the company brand. Requirements: ● Provide "WOW!"-level service with a great attitude and enjoy working with people and helping others ● Have a sense of duty and responsibility and willing to live by our core value: "We TRULY Care!" about our clients ● Portray a neat, groomed appearance ● Honesty and Integrity a must core value ● Be active in participating in marketing activities ● Adherence to company policies (i.e. incident reports, submit to background check and drug screening, HR policies related to safety and compliance) Job Duties and Responsibilities ● Responsible for all on-site operations and direction of all junk removal crew members. We work as a team! ● Lead your own day’s sales and operations without on-site management ● Willing to help crew with lifting and removal of junk from business, residences and government locations ● Truck operations including safety, courteous, and situational awareness around all operations ● Responsible for all truck operations on all jobs ● Have the ability to interact with customers making them feel safe and comfortable by aligning with the "WOW!"-level customer service we are based on ● Onsite selling, job estimates and customer care ● Brand building ● Service to the community and willingness to help others Skills and Qualifications: ● Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record ● Be able to lift 75 pounds; ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend, crouch and crawl ● Leadership/supervisory skills desired ● Job Type: Part-time with Full-Time potential Salary: Starting at $17.00 and up based on driving ability plus Tips.
