Job Functions: Operator About Aero Snow Removal LLC (“Aero”) ***YOU WILL BE OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY, YOU WILL BE NOT SHOVELING SNOW*** Aero is a leading snow removal company and an innovator in snow melting performing commercial snow removal/melting in major airports, cities, municipalities, shopping malls, sports complexes, shipping terminals and commercial sites for more than 30 years. Aero is seeking individuals; to help with snow removal at its JFK International Airport base. If you are new to Aero and meet the qualifications below, you may apply in person during any one of the below dates. The on-site “sign-up” days will be held as outlined below: Location: JFK International Airport Building 208 D – West Hanger Road Jamaica, NY 11430 Dates: Monday 7am to 6pm Tuesday 7am to 6pm Wednesday 7am to 6pm Thursday 7am to 6pm Friday 8am to 2:30pm Saturday 9am to 12 noon Or call to Schedule 516.266.7545 ***If you are coming down to sign up for the position, please have with you a valid form of ID. This could be your drivers license, passport or green card. In addition, you must also have your social security card, and a voided check! Position Overview: Aero is currently seeking individuals to assist us in the push/pile and melting of snow at its JFK International Airport base location. We are seeking skilled drivers and heavy equipment operators that have experience with the following vehicles / equipment: · Front-end loaders · Rubber tire dozers · Pick-up trucks with snow-plow attachments · Dump trucks · Bobcats / Skid-steers ***YOU WILL BE OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY AND OR SNOW BLOWERS*** ***If you do not have experience with any of the above items, you will be trained upon hiring.*** Position Requirements: *Candidate must have the following in order to be considered for this role: · Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass TSA/FAA security background check · CDL license a plus but NOT required.
