The Maggiore Companies is a 45-year-old, Woburn, MA based Real Estate Developer seeking an experienced property manager to manage four flex-industrial properties in Franklin and Southboro. Must have hands-on experience and be capable of tenant fit-ups, handyman tasks, and general maintenance. Strong interpersonal skills are required in order to communicate with tenants and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies. Excellent salary and benefit package commensurate with experience.
