Join us for an exciting event featuring a four-course dinner and a whiskey tasting brought to you by The Tamworth Distillery & Charred Oak!
Our candied bacon and butterscotch sauce isn't the only thing we're famous for! We're pretty good at planning and executing some great whiskey dinners, too! We are so excited to be able to FINALLY have a whiskey dinner again! We're excited to present The Tamworth Distillery from New Hampshire and our Chef has been working on putting together quite the menu to pair with some great whiskeys from our neighboring state!
Dinner starts at 5:00 p.m. and doors open at 4:30 p.m.
Please note that we will do our best with social distancing for this event. There may be a possibility that you will be seated next to a fellow whiskey enthusiast attending!
The Evening's Menu(subject to change slightly for actual day of event)
Course 1: Smoked Pumpkin Bisque (candied pepitas, fried sage) - Paired with Grave Robber
Course 2:Crispy Pork Belly, Frisee Salad, Corn Bread Crouton and Roasted Apple Vinaigrette - Paired with Mellow Fellow
Course 3:Pan-Roasted Duck Breast with Crispy Fondant Potato, Roasted Wild Mushrooms, Grilled Scallion and Bordelaise Sauce - Paired with Chocorua
Course 4:Dark Chocolate Souffle, Orange Caramel, Fresh Creme - Paired with Whipple's Winter Wheat
Sorbet will be served in between courses as a palate cleanser
