8-week old kittens need temporary foster home

We urgently need a temporary foster home for Panther and Chico. Their mom was rescued at the South Street Seaport in July, just as she was hit by a car. We got her to our vet who discovered that she was expecting. We had her babies delivered at an emergency hospital in August after her labor wasn't going so well, and little Panther and Chico were born. They are turning 8 weeks old this week, and we have to separate them from their mom as her new adoptive family is traveling for the next few weeks. We need a 3-4 week foster home for them where they will be kept safe and cared for until they are old enough to be adopted. We will provide all of their food, supplies, and vet care as needed during the foster period. We run a small rescue group in Queens, serving the tri-state area and beyond. All foster homes must fill out a foster application and sign a foster agreement. At this time, we can only accept foster offers from kind folks in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.
