There will be a line up of talented beauty instructors to assist you with gaining additional knowledge and insight to bring back to your students & beauty schools. We are excited to also announce that one of Milady’s instructor will be here to assist us in offering each of you a wonderful experience! Dr. Theresa Armstead, IOC., - President Dr. Sharon Franklin, IOC., - Acting Educational Director LSBBA‘ Inc., is a Professional Organization! Dr. Theresa Armstead, DPC., serves as President of the Louisiana State Beauticians & Barbers Association‘ Inc.  She works in the educational office of the National Beauty Culturist League‘ Inc. While, also serving as 2nd Anti-Basileus for Theta Nu Sigma National Sorority. She holds a PHD in Cosmetology, B.A., in Business Science and a Masters in Education. She is always seeking to assist others in their growth in knowledge and education. Organizers includes the members and officers of (LCLEC, Inc.,) & members of (LSBBA).
