Jury Focus Group - Opinions Wanted!

We are currently seeking participants over the age of 18 for a paid Jury Focus Group on issues having to do with a medical malpractice civil litigation case. Participants will be paid $150 for their time and opinions and will be asked to deliberate after a brief presentation of both sides of the case. Cash payment will be made at the conclusion of the Focus Group. The Focus Group will occur on Tuesday, October 19th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Focus Group will take place in a hotel event space/conference room located in Exeter, NH. Lunch will be provided. All interested Participants must reply to this post and provide answers to the questions below. You will be notified shortly if you qualify for this Focus Group. Please note, this is an in-person event. We expect total attendance of approximately 20 people. Participants are expected to exercise personal responsibility. It is suggested that Participants wear masks throughout the focus group except when eating and drinking. The two presenters will be unmasked during their pre-deliberation presentations and will be socially distanced from the Participants during their presentations.
