Whether your intention is to give yourself time for self-care and relaxation or if it's to give yourself the space to do deeper inner healing work, sound baths induce a calming effect on the mind and can soothe brain waves into deep meditative states. These states create subtle to profound healing channels, leaving most participants feeling relaxed, open and lighter. 432 hertz crystal singing bowls align energy to the frequency of Nature and Universal Harmony, each tuned to balance the 7 major Chakra centers. Shamanic instruments, Koshi chimes, tingsha bells, and harmonium woven with voice, sacred songs and mantras fill the space with celestial vibrations! All are welcome! Space will be limited and first come, first serve** ABOUT YOUR GUIDE: Alexa Angel will be your sound healing guide through the evening. Through the call to heal herself, she was led to study yoga, holistic health, plant medicines, music/sound and spiritual traditions from around the globe. She received the wisdom and knowledge from her travels in the outside world as well as from her own deep inner journeying, to hold space for multi-modality healing that is multi-cultural, multi-traditional and multi-dimensional as a reminder of our inherent connection to Oneness. ABOUT THE SPACE: The location of the sound bath will be at Studio Soul, a beautiful new space for their luxe boho jewelry showroom as well as a studio for creative workshops and offerings. Street parking is available on PCH and the surrounding neighborhood streets. Head up to the top floor, Unit B. Please arrive early to set up your spot!
