We are expanding across TN and we only promote our managers from within. Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discounts Paid Vacation after 1 year If you earn MORE commission than your hourly rate you are paid the commissions. If your hourly earnings are larger than commissions you are paid the hourly rate. Assistant Manager Pay: $14/hr OR 6% commission on fulfilled sales 9% in SPIFF for warranties/services 0.5% override on business done in 2wk pay period. Sales Associate Pay: $12/hr OR 6% commission on fulfilled sales 9% in SPIFF/commission for warranties sold Warehouse employee Pay: $12-$14/hr based on experience PART TIME ONLY for warehouse positions 3-5 days a week Requirements: Reliable transportation Sales experience a plus, but not required. Comfortable engaging with customers in store Positive attitude @ work Must be able to have fun at work General Description of Duties: Selling furniture, mattresses, and accessories Properly manage cleanliness and functionality of showroom where you sell to customers. Properly manage customer orders(Delivery dates, proper SKUs, proper notes) Organizational Skills(Basic organizational skills)
