Looking for Band to Join

Hi - I'm looking to join a band to jam with, maybe once a month at most. Optimally get into a 3 piece band - or individual bass player and lead guitar player - with someone singing lead. Or 4 piece band - whatever. Play out if we can get gigs. I play the drums and can sing pretty well. Classic rock, alternative, funk, pop, grunge, reggae - cover stuff - 1960's through to new stuff. Also not opposed to creating a tribute band. I'm not really into blues or country, but not opposed to playing a few of those songs - I do like variety. NOT to do overly complex stuff - keep it simple to keep practices to a minimum. I'm a 'normal', comical dude in his 50's - no attitude. I can play just about anything - been doing this for a while. I have practice space and a PA. All top of the line pro gear for my kit - lots of percussion. Got an idea? Let's talk!
