June Day With MYSI June Day With Metro Youth Sports Inc. If you are reading this invitation, then you are a close friend or family member who is both passionate about people and community building. We are gathering in the spirit of June Martin and her love for young boys and girls in our community. We will celebrate her by honoring the men and women of MYSI, an institution that has been a cornerstone to the Fort Wayne community since 1974.  June is our mother, auntie, neighbor, and friend. June Day is a celebration of her birthday, June 5th. June Day 2021 will be the first annual event in memory of June martin's commitment to our youth and our community. Each year, we will rally family and community in solidarity with MYSI to celebrate its founders, coaches, and community members who dedicate their time and energy to youth development.
