Does anyone know David Mills from the Gardnerville/Minden, Carson, Reno area? He works security, is 6ft 2, dark hair and hazel eyes, he would have weighed somewhere in the mid 200lb range. Has tattoos on one leg and a tattoo piece that goes from 1/2 his chest and upper arm along with a small one on his wrist. David needs help remembering what
