Alex and Mia will be leading you through a 2+ hour session dedicated to teaching the do’s and don’ts of stretching and mobility. We will also help you understand how to effectively integrate these methods into your training.💪
The goal of this clinic is to accomplish the following:
• Gain a better understanding of the importance of mobility/flexibility training. 🧘♀️

• Discover new ways to interact with your body that will ultimately lead to more long term consistent progress. 📈
