Does anyone know David Mills from the Gardnerville/Minden, Carson, Reno area? He works security, is 6ft 2, dark hair and hazel eyes, he would have weighed somewhere in the mid 200lb range. Has tattoos on one leg and a tattoo piece that goes from 1/2 his chest and upper arm along with a small one on his wrist David needs help remembering what happened in his personal life from 2013 thru 2018. Due to selective amnesia he can’t remember anything to do with his personal life or the people he interacted with. If you know him or had any interaction with him during that time frame please help.
