Construction Company is looking for Carpenters and Helpers to join our team to work on residential construction projects in the Burlington, Richmond, and Waterbury area. Applicant Traits and Experience: -Positive attitude -Excellent work ethic -Attention to detail -Interest in learning -Good communication skills -4+ years experience with frame to finish (Carpenter) -1-3 years experience with frame to finish (Helper) Job Responsibilities: -bring basic tools and tool belt to job site -have driver’s license -have personal vehicle to drive to/from job site -use construction tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner -open to working outside in inclement weather Pay Rate and Schedule: -Carpenter pay rate is $20-27 per hour -Helper pay rate is $17-20 per hour -Typical work week is Monday through Friday (8-4:30p).
