HRPK has teamed up with some of the best in fitness to bring you a dynamic lineup of Healthy on the Hudson classes this summer. Join our group runs, learn a new yoga flow, or try out HIIT classes. These free workouts are adaptable to all levels and are here to help you sweat and stay healthy!
Join us on Wednesdays for a high-energy HIIT class (adaptable to all levels of ability) on Hudson River Park's Pier 46! Beginning Wednesday, June 16 - September 29 classes will take place from 6:30 - 7:30 PM.
**Bring your own mat** for this event!

Hudson River Park is a 550-acre park and estuarine sanctuary from Chambers Street to W. 59th Street in Manhattan.
