Tuesday, October 26th Tuesday, November 2nd Tuesday, November 9th Tuesday, November 16th Module 1: The Lymphatic System: You will learn an overview of the body systems and their relationships to each other and general information regarding diet, nutrition, overall wellness, and more! Module 2: Transitioning: You will go over 10 ways to success, 9 healthy habits, 4 basic processes and more! Module 3: Tools for Health: You will discuss menus, recipes, your natural first aid cabinet, and more! Module 4: What to Expect: You will discuss emotional changes, healing crisis, fasting, integration, and more!
