Be with us on Saturday morning to learn how to grow the best herbs for the fall and winter season, with NHG's Education & Outreach Coordinator Rusty E. Allen as your guide. You'll start with the right soil mix-- whether raised bed or containers-- and then tour through the many options in herb transplants in this introductory class. 20 minute presentation, with time for your seasoned questions! Our series of FREE, POP Up classes offer you a quick, informal way to learn about gardening right in the middle of the plants and products we're telling you about. Whether you're starting a new garden, prepping an established one or just wanting to try a cool new plant, these short, informative classes can help. THIS CLASS IS OUTDOORS. In the case of inclement weather, this class will be moved inside.
