Enjoy this balanced yoga class that will focus on poses that help you gain strength.
We’ll start with gentle stretches to warm up your body and center your mind, then move into a fun flow that will tone and strengthen your body.
Class is designed for people with some yoga experience but can be modified for beginners and advanced students.

We will be practicing Social Distancing and encourage everyone to wear a mask when near other people. Please bring a mask and be mindful.
🧘🏼♂️We will be 'behind' the Nature Center (see Map above) under the big oak trees. When you arrive at Knoch Knolls Park, head towards the Nature Center. Turn and follow the path past the Nature Center, back towards the trees. Do not cross the bridge. Before you get to the bridge, turn left.
Please see map as a reference for where class will take place. We'll be in the Oak grove on the other side of the pond as the playground.
