Emerson was trapped in a Halifax plantation feral cat colony. We thought he had been someone’s pet as he just showed up one day but it’s pretty evident he has been out quite a while. He is fully vetted and is about five years old. We do not want to release him back to the feral cat colony as he is not part of the hierarchy and we have lost half of our cats to nearby predators -so hoping a life in the barn would give him some semblance of a decent life. A beautiful Tabby guy who is being fostered until we can find him somewhere to go. Given where he’s at after five weeks we think the best thing is for him to be a outdoorbarn cat for someone who has some land in a barn for him to live in. One year’s food provided!
