Join us on Friday, November 5, 2021 from 9am to 3pm, as we celebrate our Journey To Justice and learn how we prevailed over greed. East Texas Center for Independent Living (ETCIL) is a non-profit corporation who provides services and resources for individuals with disabilities. Our focus is helping these individuals to increase personal self-determination, minimize dependence on others, and be able to engage in the community. After a financial blow that came to light on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, we have struggled to stay afloat. But with the help of enthusiastic staff and executives who have worked tirelessly, as well as our awesome volunteers and sponsors, we have prevailed over this economic disaster and celebrating a year of justice served. Please join us on November 5th to learn more about who we serve, where we serve, and how we can help you and your loved ones. Examples of our independent living skills classes. On this day, we were learning how to bake and wash a load of clothes. Texas Roadhouse has donated bags of their peanuts for this event.
