Description

Join us for a run, brews, and biomechanics! Beer N’ Biomechanics combines some of the things we love best: group runs, beer, and talking about the way our bodies move! Join us at RunLab for this month's edition, featuring a free talk with one of our biomechanics experts, Dr. Grant Bower. We often hear from patients who are concerned that their shoes are causing shin splints or other common injuries. Are your shoes really causing your pain, or is there something else at play? Rory Tunningley, shoe expert and manager at one of our favorite local shoe stores, Ready to Run, will be on hand to answer all your shoe questions! Additionally, make sure you drop by Alyson Sheppard’s table and learn more about Running & Cycling Metabolic Testing. This event is free to attend. Reserve a spot for the run, the talk, or both!
