Event Description: Pacific Northwest Native Melissa Mauselle is an expert in salmon cookery. From working in restaurants in Portland, Alaska & Idaho she will share with you delicious salmon recipes, as well as recipes to use leftover salmon.
Cooking has always been a passion for Melissa. She loves how it can bring people together across all differences, including language. She has experience in a variety of cuisines, working across the country. Her main culinary education came early on from working for established chefs in Portland, OR. She has always focussed on healthy, farm to table cuisine, using the ingredients that are available locally.
