Position: Part-time Warehouse Workers Pay rate: $13 an hour Shift: Part-time/ Monday –Friday / Time: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm Location: 9200 Derrington Road, Suite 200 Houston, TX 77064 SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY!!! MUST be able to pass a National Background Check. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. Seeking for immediate hire, dependable and hardworking workers to efficiently sort, handle, load, and unload palletized and non-palletized freight using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack, forklift, and by hand as needed. JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: (but not limited to) • Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights (up to 50 pounds). • Frequent contact with service center personnel; fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Prompt, daily attendance at assigned work location. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: • Prior dock/warehouse experience in the transportation industry is a plus • Prior forklift experience in a freight/less-than-truckload environment preferred • Prior experience loading and unloading trailers preferred • Highly motivated individual with attention to detail • Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator • Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.) • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member • High school diploma or equivalent. • MUST be able to pass a National Background Check We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
