Yoga Flow on the Harbor with Stephanie
Come flow with us, every month on the Harbor! Every 1st Wednesday, Stephanie will guide you through an all-levels yoga flow. Get ready to feel empowered, energized, and free. Whether you're new to yoga, or a seasoned yogi, this class will invite you to play and challenge yourself in your own body.
Please bring water and your own yoga mat. Please arrive 15 minutes early, to allow time for parking and getting settled. Class starts promptly at 5p PT.
Yoga blocks optional. Bring a light jacket if you get cold easily.
