We invite you to join us for a collaborative four course pairing event at Gale Vineyards featuring Chicobi's. Enjoy an evening at the vineyard filled with live music from Channel 66, a fresh fusion cuisine, and a balanced small batch, artfully crafted and intentionally selected wine pairing.  Join us at the vineyard from 5:30-8:30pm on Friday October 22nd. We recommend purchasing tickets prior to event as we do have a limited number available. Casual attire fit for an evening outside at Gale Vineyards in the Durham Wine District. Check out the menu details listed below! Glasses and bottles are available for purchase, with a discount of 20% by the case. Starter: Marinated fresh mozzarella balls and olives. Salad: Orange and shaved fennel salad with butter leaf lettuce, Parmesan cheese and white balsamic dressing. Entree: San Francisco cioppino with mussels, clams, cod and crab in classic tomato broth. Served with a roasted garlic crusting. Dessert: Flourless chocolate truffle cake with raspberry black pepper compote.
