The company builds 38–50 foot fiberglass yachts in facilities in Burlington and Camano Island, WA. Both facilities are 10 minutes west of Interstate-5. Lindell is a privately owned business. Currently, Lindell Yachts are in high demand, the business is growing, and we are growing our team to meet the demand. Responsibilities & Requirements Lindell’s lamination team is looking to fill multiple full-time positions. Applicants will have 1-2 years of experience in fiberglass infusion, hand lay-up, chopper-gun utilization, fabrication of structural parts, stiffening, painting, and finishing, as well as a basic knowledge of common measuring tools and precision measuring gages. Partial experience or experience in a related field can replace the direct experience requirement if the candidate shows potential to train. • Experience with gelcoat and laminating • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. • Is self motivated and uses time efficiently. • Ability to adapt to short notice demands/changing requirements. • Is consistently at work and on time. • Must maintain clean and orderly conditions in assigned work area. • Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. • Ability to stand for long periods of time. • Understand and participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established procedures and training. • Must be able to read, write and speak English. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds 4 day-10 hours weekly schedule Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid time off, Lindell is a smoke-free, drug-free workplace.
