DC-Home Remodeling is looking for Estimators - we are offering three positions: - Roofing Estimator - Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Estimator - Flooring Estimator We are looking for someone who has experience with roofs, bathroom, kitchen, flooring, deck, and any other residential remodeling projects. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around this industry with AT LEAST 5 years experience. The Estimator determines cost estimates and budgets for remodeling projects. Additional requirements: - Create cost estimates for roofs, flooring, kitchens and/or bathrooms. - Have good knowledge of sale/closing deals. - Meet with potential clients on site to provide estimates. - Prepare clear and understandable estimates. - Perform all other duties as may be assigned. Job Types: Part-time (20 hours per week) (Also negotiable) Pay: Negotiable Schedule: Flexible (20 hours per week)
