Commercial Acting Workshop with Marc Zatorsky at KNOWN Management Group *Ages 13 and up only Learn all about the audition process, preparing for, and working on television commercials. Not only do commercials pay well, but it is where most actors get their professional start in the industry. It’s important to understand how your physicality translates on camera. We'll cover the audition process, necessary audtion materials, and acting techniques for commercial scripts and on camera tips. Marc Zatorsky Bio: Marc Zatorsky spent thirteen years at the Burt Reynolds’ Institute for Film & Television. First as a student, studying under Mr. Reynolds’ in his Master Actor program and later, as Mr. Reynolds’s Intermediate Acting and Improv Instructor, running classes for both adults and children. Marc also taught acting and film production at the IDEAL/Dream School, acting and improv at the Craig Wich Studios, and created a mentor program for high school filmmakers at G*Star School of the arts. In addition, Marc conducted many independent acting workshops in South Florida. Alongside his teaching duties, for the past six years Marc has enjoyed his role as a Judge Panelist for Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission - Student Showcase of Films judging High School level short films (Grades 9 - College). Marc is also a Writer, Director, and Producer. Along with his wife Shawnee, are the creators of New Media Scripted Series: “Tweet (Seasons 1 & 2)”, and “In Sanity, Florida” on Amazon Prime and YouTube. He is proud to count many up-and-coming young Hollywood actors as his students/performers, including: Carson Rowland (I Am Frankie-Nickelodeon), Tommi Rose (I Am Frankie-Nickelodeon), Noah Schnacky (Disney+ Radio), Taylor Blackwell (Dolphin Tale 2, Designated Survivor), Chelsea Grosbeck (Parenthood, Bold & The Beautiful), and William Brent (Disney’s The Lab Rats). It is Marc’s goal to create a safe and inviting stage for actors of all skill levels to experiment, explore and refine their artistic talents in the art of performance. He uses his knowledge to help the students build their artistic collaborations and community of support so they can confidently share their art. Mr. Reynolds left a lasting legacy of knowledge about acting, and Marc looks forward to sharing that knowledge with our talent.
