Join us on the patio anytime from 5:30pm - 7:30pm for a flight of 3 delectable champagnes. Accompanying the incredible wines will be the perfect pairing of Chef's choice meat and cheese board. We will be joined by Mission Grape to educate us about these 3 wines as we sip.
What we will be tasting:
Solemme "Esprit" 1er Cru, Brut Nature : Wine made from grapes grown organically using natural composting techniques and special preparations of herbal sprays while following the astronomical calendar. A great bouquet: cream, biscuits, peeled citrus, and toasted nuts.
Champagne André Heucq Blanc de Meunier : The nose is fresh and dynamic, with brisk, palate-tingling mousse. The palate comes on with yellow-fleshed apples, fresh ginger, Asian pear, and perfumed white flowers, while the red-skinned Pinot Meunier imparts a lovely yellow raspberry note- with a spicy finish!
Champagne Pertois-Moriset Rose Blanc Grand Cru : Lovely raspberry fruit with a touch of Golden Delicious apple. Just enough acidity to balance with the fruit. Finishes a bit tart, long and cleansing. Absolutely lovely and graceful.
