Now Hiring! Full time maintenance tech for multi family property. Must be experienced in multi family maintenance and prefer HVAC, and CPO certifications. Must have own transportation, and be able to work on call after hours nights, weekends and holidays on rotation schedule. Must have your own tools. Also prefer someone with renovation experience.
