Field/Online Sales Representative Compensation: Commission, bonus, revenue sharing based We are in need and are looking for Field/Online Sales Representatives who are successful in both working with individuals and as a team leader. If you are a good at what you do then you need no sales quotas and if you are highly motivated to achieve your goals, we are what you are looking for. We will have more than 1,170 locations opening worldwide over the next 36 months and need to fill a minimum of 58,500 positions in several areas. Objective: This position will be required individuals to introduce perspective clients to our products and services and assist in closing new sales in a professional and consultative manner. You do not have to follow up on leads on your own we can and will assist you. Qualifications: Because this is a fast pace industry, we are not asking or requiring years of sales experience, degree, high school diploma or its equivalent because all work has been put in place to make any training need be as user friendly as possible and so that individuals can start and begin earning as soon as possible within days or even hours. Training available include but not limited to administrative suites of MS Office and QuickBooks, video/photo/audio editing, architectural designing, foreign language learning, telephone skills, strong time management, project management, and problem-solving skills, assistance in being able to effectively multitask and prioritize, proficient written and verbal communication assistance, so you will have the ability to communicate with prospective clients on many levels. Personal vehicle may be provide in the future for transportation. Any cost incurred, never to exceed $300, for training, supplies or tools needed for individuals to get started will be refunded or rebated back to you guaranteed. We need individuals to start before the hiring process begins who are interested in training for leadership skills and advancement. From this pool future leader’s performance will place them in prestigious roles of supervisor, associate, partner, owner and co-founder.
