And close to light rail 2 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004 (Do not apply onsite) 40 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004 (Do not apply onsite) Work Schedule: M-F Night Cleaner 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (40 hours weekly) Pay Rate: $13.00 Duties: General Janitorial and Custodian duties daily. Must have attention to detail and enjoy cleaning. Sweeping, Mopping, Buffing, Dusting, Vacuuming, Cleaning Drains, Descaling, Spot Removal, Restroom Cleaning, Stairs, Elevators, Windows, Doors/Hinges, Wiping, Emptying Garbage, Ability to Patrol Areas and Identify and Report Maintenance Issues, Additional Tasks as Assigned, etc. Special Requirements: Must be able to pass background checks Must pass an E-Verify Must be reliable and be punctual Must have reliable transportation Speaks Spanish and English Qualifications: Ability to physically accomplish cleaning tasks A willingness to learn and collaborate A positive attitude and a desire to help A desire for a full-time position (40 hours/week) What We’ll Provide: The equipment and uniforms needed for you to be successful A hard-working team that believes in you Opportunities to grow and advance within the company Medical coverage after 90 days of work 401(k) with matching (after 1 year of employment) PTO after one year of work
