A two hour event for children to interact with characters Cinderella, Anna, Rapunzel, and Mary Poppins. There are 2 show times available. Hosted by the Fairmont Women of Today. Event is at the Red Rock Center in Fairmont, MN. All guests in attendance will require a ticket. Maximum capacity is 80 guests per show. Fairmont Women of Today is a local organization that promotes fellowship, leadership, personal wellness, and service. We are in the business of celebrating and building strong, confident women who are ready to make a difference in the world! Any person 18 years of age; any race, creed, color, or religion may join the Women of Today. Our organization does not endorse political candidates or issues, nor are we involved in any particular religion. We volunteer our time, raise funds for charities, and provide informational seminars that are open to the public. Our members choose the projects they want to participate in, given their interest and time availability. Members can be as involved as they want to be. We are also interested in bettering ourselves and having fun. We have speakers attend our meetings, challenge ourselves to improve our communication skills, gather to develop new talents and plan social events. The wide range of opportunities that Women of Today offers is one of the elements that make it unique. There is something for every woman and new ideas are always welcome. SERVICE: Women of Today believe very strongly in service to others. We contribute to our communities through fundraising efforts and by providing services and education to community and chapter members. We are a nonprofit, volunteer-based organization with many interests, programs, and projects for everyone! GROWTH: Developing self-confidence and the ability to work effectively with others is another priority of Women of Today. This organization offers opportunities for leadership training at the local, state, and national levels. Leadership skills may be applied within the organization through officer positions, chairing of projects, and committee participation. These skills will help you to become a more confident leader in your career, community, and other organizations. Our Personal Enrichment programs are designed to help “build a better you” through a variety of areas. FELLOWSHIP: Membership in the Women of Today offers the opportunity to develop close friendships with others who share similar interests. Socials events are a large part of building friendships within the organization and the community. Family is also very important to us and are included in many events.
