Due to limited capacity non members are encouraged! The 6:30 class inside the studio will resume for current members! Join us for our Wednesday night Wellness at the Wharf Series, featuring F45! Bootcamps will take place from 6:30PM-7:30 PM. Please bring your own towel and water bottle. Registration is required and walk-ups are limited. Sanitary measures will be in place for your safety.
