A Co-Sponsor team is a group of 6-8 volunteers that commit to walking alongside a new family for their first 6 months in the US. Prior to attending a co-sponsor training, we encourage you to visit our website to learn more about Canopy and what this role requires here. This training will provide each participant with instructions, tools and insight on how to creatively, safely and effectively welcome and equip new refugees to NWA. We are excited to have you! *All participants must wear a mask to the training. Notebooks and pens are encouraged! We will provide a light breakfast, snacks, water, and coffee.
