Position Title: Counter Sales/Warehouse – 1st Shift Wage: $15.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri) Do you enjoy having nights and weekends off? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Use a computer to do data entry and retrieval on computer systems. - Entering customer orders, branch transfers, obtain quoting information, inventory information and pricing. - Follow up on customer orders, resolve customer issues, and customer service. - Answer phones in a professional manner, assist customers, run cash register, money handling, customer orders. - Assist in the warehouse with unloading trucks, receiving product, storing and counting merchandise. - Customer purchase orders, shipping product, labeling product, warehouse cleaning, loading trucks. - Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, and stage merchandise throughout the facility. Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. - Must have good customer service and the ability to multi-task. - Must be able to operate a forklift, and be able to count. - Must be able to run cash register, take and count money, and have good customer service. - Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for up to 8 hours a day. - Basic knowledge of computers and computer systems. - Must have forklift experience. - Must have good vision and be able to count, and perform inventory. - Ability to communicate in professional manner with employees and customers.
