Motel Full time Maintenance position needed ASAP!!!!!! Location is Norcross, Georgia. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Handy Man Team member. The ideal candidate MUST have a general knowledge of basic plumbing, electricity, and/or Painting skills. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Paint/patch drywall, and perform other minor repairs. Respond to hotel maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintaining a positive attitude and appearance. Perform general labor such as unclog sinks and toilets. Paints and patch drywall, and perform other minor repairs. Electrical trouble shooting. Applicants will have 1-2 years of maintenance experience. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently are a must. Must be willing to work some weekends.
