As an affiliate of Philly-based JumpStart Germantown, this program will focus on building local real estate investors via training, mentorship, networking, and access to key resources (e.g. financing). We see Harrisburg's housing challenges as an opportunity to redevelop and revitalize our city's landscape! Programming that drives resolution for the stated issues, will aid in stabilizing the quality of housing stock, diversify home ownership and entrepreneurship, undertake broad neighborhood revitalization, and create a long-term housing development strategy. Our initiative will garner improvements for the city's housing infrastructure, and will also achieve positive economic, environmental, safety, and health impacts that will benefit the entire city!
