My husband and I are tech professionals in SoMa with a lively 3-year-old and another baby on the way! We’d love a Family Assistant to arrive around noon, make lunch, prep dinner, tidy up, do laundry, and then pick up our 3-year-old from preschool at 3pm and play with him as we wrap up our work day. Our ideal candidate is someone who is nurturing, has experience caring for children, enjoys vegetarian cooking, and thrives when given autonomy. Responsibilities: * Planning and cooking lunches and dinners, grocery shopping * Organizing areas of the house that need extra attention * Tidying up and laundry * Weekly shopping/ordering to stock household * Picking up our son from school at 3pm and playing with him Desired Qualifications: * Previous experience in a family home * Willingness to get creative in the kitchen and make vegetarian food * Knowledge of vegetarian Indian food a plus * Self-starter attitude with ability to take initiative * Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail * Pride in a tidy home * Vaccinated for Covid-19 Location: SoMa neighborhood, San Francisco, CA Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, BOE Schedule: 25 hours per week: Monday - Friday, 12 pm - 5 pm Start Date: November 15th is ideal but flexible I look forward to talking with you about this opportunity!
