Someone dumped their trash / junk by a tree in front of 1041-1043 Noe Street. Recology didn't pick it up. I will Venmo you $30 to just pick it up and take it away. It's like 4 regular size trash bags, not a ton, we just don't know what to do with it. It seems like mostly clothes, not food or anything.
