Hard Core Compost is a worker-owned compost collection service. We use bicycles to haul household kitchen waste to our local composting site where we then transform it into soil. Now accepting applications for worker-owners. QT & POC strongly encouraged to apply! Do you want a job where you have control over your workplace? A place where there's no boss and decisions are made by you and your coworkers? We are completely worker-owned and operated. We pay $15 per hour and distribute all business profits to workers at the end of each year. 10 - 20 hours available weekly.
