Learn how to climb a rope safely and efficiently with Coach Joe. Get your climb on! Coach Joe will take you through strength building progression as well as proper technique to get you flying up and down the rope during a WOD with speed and efficiency Concept to be covered: proper climbing warmup, core strength, grip, pulling, proper foot wrap, ascending efficiently, and descending safely Pre-requisite strength recommended: ability to do a strict pull-up and pull your knees to your chest while hanging from the rig.
