Coach Joe will take you through strength building progression as well as proper technique to get you flying up and down the rope during a WOD with speed and efficiency
Concept to be covered: proper climbing warmup, core strength, grip, pulling, proper foot wrap, ascending efficiently, and descending safely
Pre-requisite strength recommended: ability to do a strict pull-up and pull your knees to your chest while hanging from the rig.
What to bring: Knee-high socks or leggings; optional: gloves or grips
