Havas STREET is hiring brand ambassadors to represent a popular spirits portfolio for on/off premise samplings. Pay rate: $34/hr (before taxes, W2 employee – paid out within 2 weeks!) How the program works: - Part-time schedule - Shifts are evenings and weekends; flexible scheduling so staff can sign up for shifts based on your own availability and ability to travel - Shifts are 2-4 hours long, unless otherwise noted - Venues include liquor stores and local markets, at times bars and restaurants - More elaborate events include drive-in movies, outdoor beer or "whiskey" gardens, etc. Responsibilities: - Travel to assigned venues in SF and set-up booth or table per brand standards - Distribute samples whether it is cognac or bourbon whiskey (in accordance with legalities) or hand out branded freebies to consumers to convert sales - Educate consumers on the brand’s product messaging; encourage engagement via iPad games and data capturing - Distribute coupons and push sales of the product - Bring fun energy and a memorable experience to consumers - Submit an event recap & timesheet in a timely manner Requirements: - Be 21+ to apply - Be local to the city; no compensation offered for drive time or tolls - Comfortable moving around during shifts; working with others; and at times working outdoors - Previous on/off premise sampling exp a plus, but those with hospitality/bartending/Customer service experience are also encouraged to apply - Be willing to abide by CDC guidelines, including wearing a mask & gloves during shifts (provided) To apply, respond with your name and a current resume
